We are Marine and Henri, a young French couple who have always been passionate about cooking and pastry. We met in Provence, in the south of France, and after several years together, the idea of opening a restaurant together in Spain became clear. It is important to us to offer you cuisine blending Spain and France, and to introduce you to French pastries and viennoiseries, made with love!

Graduated in Paris with a technological baccalaureate in hospitality and catering, a pastry apprenticeship certificate, and additional training in ice cream making, chocolate making, and confectionery,

Marine has also worked alongside renowned figures such as Alain Ducasse, a world-famous chef.

A pastry chef in several patisseries, Marine is truly passionate and puts her whole heart into her creations.

Henri

Having started working at the age of 14, Henri truly found his calling through cooking and pastry.

With many years of experience in the South of France in several bakeries and patisseries, he excels in the art of offering moments of sharing and happiness through his creations, always with love and passion.

The entire New Brisa Beach team is delighted to welcome you to our new establishment!

Opened in August 2025, we wanted to bring a French touch to the heart of the Costa Blanca, to introduce or reintroduce the wonderful French cuisine that is so highly regarded.

French viennoiseries and pastries, fresh and generous dishes, all our products are 100% homemade and prepared with local and seasonal ingredients, and with a lot of love and passion!
